Ascension Parish:
- Raymond Musso, 18236 Little Prairie Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 65, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.
- Daniel Lang, 70376 10th Covington, LA, age 49, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Brandon Reddit, Baton Rouge, LA, age 35, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Charles “Chuck” Long, Robin O’Bannon, and Kenneth Dupaty. Presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge John Smith.

St. James Parish:
- Terrell Converse, 7775 Hwy 70 Donaldsonville, LA, age 34, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Battery and Violation of Protective Orders Second Offense. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Lance Williams, 932 Elmira Ave New Orleans, LA, age 24, pled guilty to Possession of Unidentifiable Firearm and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Kobe Wilson, 103 Emma St. Thibodaux, LA, age 25, pled guilty to Principal to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 3 years of the said sentence are to be served, and the remaining 2 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on supervised probation.
The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Bruce Mohon, and presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Keyojuan Turner.
- On December 2, 2025, Taber Davis of 9296 Central Project St. Lutcher, LA, age 26, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Illegal Possession of Stolen Firearms. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On April 7, 2026, Davis was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
