District Attorney’s Probation Program
The District Attorney’s Probation Program is a voluntary program offered to selected offenders as an alternative to prosecution. Participants may be required to take education classes, meet with their probation officer, random drug testing or other requirements in the probation program. Upon successful completion, the charges can be dismissed or refused.
