Ascension Parish:
- Roberto Escobar, 10732 S Mall Dr. Baton Rouge, LA, age 42, pled guilty to Felony Issuing Worthless Checks and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation.

- Denzell Glover, 37313 Hwy 74 Geismar, LA, age 28, pled guilty to Cruelty to Juveniles and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Dequincy Louis, 8716 Pecan St. Saint James, LA, age 23, pled guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Goods Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000. - Michael Merrill, 6425 Jules Brown St. Violet, LA, age 65, pled guilty to Organized Retail Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

- Noah Smith, 18237 Sharon Dr. Ponchatoula, LA, age 20, pled guilty to Theft of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, deferred, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Albert Melancon III, 17095 Hwy 44 Prairieville, LA, age 63, pled guilty to Simple Criminal Damage to Property Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, deferred, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Deontre Powe, 3230 Wire Lane Donaldsonville, LA, age 26, pled guilty to 2nd Degree Battery and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Ryan Malain, 11182 River Highlands Dr. Saint Amant, LA, age 37, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

Assumption Parish:
- On October 14, 2025, Autumn Picou of 264 Smoky Ct. Bourg, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. This week, the defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Marquis Watkins, 3301 West Esplanade Ave. Metairie, LA, age 30, pled guilty to Identity Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, Theft Over $25,000, Forgery, Bank Fraud, and Computer Fraud. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- John Henry, 120 Pond Dr. Morgan City, LA, age 46, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 1-year supervised probation.
- Kristie Bourg, 3934 Hwy 1 Napoleonville, LA, age 49, pled guilty to DWI 1st Offense, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The defendant must register and notify as a sex offender for a period of 15 years.
- Eddie Ned, 32850 Lee St. White Castle, LA, age 25, pled guilty to Aggravated Flight from an Officer, Driving Under Suspension, and Speeding. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
