Ascension Parish:
- Jimmie Bryand, 2327 Hwy 8 Pollock, LA, age 50, pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Crandell Christoff, 14496 Oak Meadow St. Gonzales, LA, age 28, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Battery Involving Strangulation and Resisting and Officer with Force or Violence. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Charles Ray Johnson, 2824 S Burnside Ave Gonzales, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Aggravated 2nd Degree Battery and was sentenced to 7 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Darious McBride, 7307 Hwy 405 Donaldsonville, LA, age 20, pled guilty to Resisting an Officer with Force or Violence and Simple Burglary. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Kevin Nelton, 43444 Norwood Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 62, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and Identity Theft. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Charles Young, 43509 North Pine Crest St. Gonzales, LA, age 43, pled guilty to First Degree Vehicular Negligent Injuring and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 2 years of the said sentence are to be served, and the remaining 3 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 5 years supervised probation.
