Ascension Parish:

1. Stephen Buratt, 42094 Cannon Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 38, pled guilty to Obscenity and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

2. Kendrick Brunson, 624 W Tenth St. Donaldsonville, LA, age 47, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

3. Gage Guillot, 18117 Pine Hurst Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 34, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Brant Mayer and Phil Maples. Presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Cody Martin.   

Assumption Parish: 

1. Phabian Amacker, 1312-1/2 Daspit St. Houma, LA, age 31, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years in the parish jail with credit for time served. 

2. Ronald Gibbs, 3032 Diane Dr. Morgan City, LA, age 34, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $5,000 or More, but Less than $25,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

3. Cedric Dupaty, 120 Bertrand St. Napoleonville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 7 years with the Louisiana Department of Correction with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Lana Chaney, and presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Keyojuan Turner. 

4. Ronaldo Gilton, 136 Georgette St. Napoleonville, LA, age 39, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

The above case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Thomas Daigle, and presiding over this matter was the Honorable Judge Jason Verdigets. 

St. James Parish:

1. Olga Moore, 1987 4^th Lutcher, LA, age 63, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.

2. Carl Spizale, 514 N Ezidore St. Gramercy, LA, age 63, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
