Ascension Parish:
- Danican Jackson, 1031 Lexington Ave. Gonzales, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
The above case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Charles “Chuck” Long, Robin O’Bannon, and Kenneth Dupaty. Presiding over this matter was the Honorable Judge John Smith.
Assumption Parish:
- Trevor Lirette, 105 Cypress Grove St. Morgan City, LA, age 28, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
- Michael Gaines, 107 Johnson St. Napoleonville, LA, age 67, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

- Amber Courteaux, 44324 Melancon St. Sorrento, LA, age 39, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Brenton Jones, 8249 Kingview St. St. James, LA, age 23, pled guilty to Illegal Carrying of Weapons and Possession of Unidentifiable Firearm. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Matthew Lovell, 2826 Hwy 1 Labadieville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

- Robin Christmas, 15133 Bluffwood Prairieville, LA, age 37, pled guilty to Mail Theft and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 1-year supervised probation.
- Jordan Bailey, 315 Belinda St. Gramercy, LA, age 31, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (3 counts). The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

- Kenneth Adams, 214 S Airline Gramercy, LA, age 68, pled guilty to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender or Child Predator. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
