Ascension Parish:
- Calvin Carter, 911 S Abe St. Gonzales, LA, age 41, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $25,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Craig Estle, 17657 Golden Eagle Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 56, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense and was sentenced to 7 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 1 year of the said sentence is to be served and the remaining 6 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 5 years supervised probation to include 1 year of home incarceration.
- Layne Furrate, 41006 Garden Ct. Gonzales, LA, age 36, pled guilty to Aggravated Obstruction of a Highway of Commerce and DWI 1st The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Charles Miller, age 58, pled guilty to Bank Fraud (3 counts), Access Device Fraud, and Identity Theft. The defendant was sentenced to 2 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Jason Stewart, 34190 Oak Place Dr. Denham Springs, LA, age 42, pled guilty to Illegal Use of Weapons or Dangerous Instrumentalities and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Paul Alsay, 700 Houmas St. Donaldsonville, LA, age 61, pled guilty to Simple Criminal Damage to Property Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $50,000 and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Tyron Johnson, 40308 Hwy 621 Gonzales, LA, age 27, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 7 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Joe Louis, 39090 Candlewood Ave Gonzales, LA, age 41, pled guilty to DWI 4th Offense and was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 2 years of the said sentence are to be served, and the remaining 8 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on supervised probation to include 1 year of home incarceration.
- Kendrell Barthelemy, 44022 Lake Hill Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 38, pled guilty to Attempted Simple Robbery and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile during Commission of a Felony. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

Assumption Parish:
- Jeremy Williams, 16098 Bluff Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 38, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 1 year of the said sentence is to be served, and the remaining 2 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Malcolm Baker, 312 Carol St. Baker, LA, age 53, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

St. James Parish:
- Bernard Kimbro, 26148 Fallen Oaks Dr. Denham Springs, LA, age 47, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Illegal Carrying of Weapons in the Presence of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The defendant was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
