Ascension Parish:

1. Brent Havard, 13106 Roddy Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 39, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
2. Jamie Harvey, 14447 Oak Meadow St. Gonzales. LA., age 25, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
3. Brandi Chapman, 7825 Huntstock Rd. Denham Springs, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
4. Joel Quezaire, 603 Houmas St. Donaldsonville, LA., age 65, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
5. Tyrone Weber, 462 Frederick Dr. Thibodaux, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
6. Jody Vogt, 2220 Ringer Ave. Gonzales, LA., age 43, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation.
7. Austin Waggenspack, 41071 Galvez Gardens Prairieville, LA., age 21, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts). The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
8. Micha Pagan, 44089 Hwy 429 St. Amant, LA., age 46, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.
9. Jory Person, 44331 Gold Place Rd. St. Amant, LA., age 38, pled guilty to Possession or Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Institution and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
10. Patrick Anderson, Gonzales, LA., age 47, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.
11. Laron Jackson, 820 Houmas St. Donaldsonville, LA., age 28, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
