Ascension Parish: 

1. Alesha Cedotal, 14074 Hood Rd. Denham Springs, LA, age 19, pled guilty to 2^nd Degree Battery and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

2. Lemonica Nelson, 800 Riverview Complex Donaldsonville, LA, age 30, pled guilty to Aggravated Battery and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

3. William Espinosa, 16698 Kinchen Rd. Livingston, LA, age 50, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

4. Ashley Tremont, 14317 Parkview Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Monetary Instrument Abuse and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

5. Hayro Suc, 9146 Vernant Park Rd. Foley, AL, age 44, pled guilty to Aggravated Obstruction of a Highway Commerce and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years un-supervised probation. 

6. Aundre Neal, 2103 S Allen Ave Gonzales, LA, age 39, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Battery Involving Strangulation and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

7. John Lessard, 45552 Hwy 936 Saint Amant, LA, age 32, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Illegal Use/Possession/Control of Weapons-Crime of Violence or Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

8. Braeden Williams, 37113 White Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 20, pled guilty to Simple Robbery and was sentenced to 8 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation. 

9. Danny Villenurve, 12356 George Lambert Rd. Saint Amant, LA, age 50, pled guilty to Simple Criminal Damage to Property Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

 The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Phillip Prescott, and presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Jason Verdigets. 

10. Demarcus Morris, 5047 Sterns St. Baton Rouge, LA, age 28. Pled guilty to Distribution of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (3 counts) and Illegal Use of Weapons (3 counts). The defendant was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

11. Joshua Lebeuf, Baton Rouge, LA, age 44, pled guilty to Simple Burglary (2 counts) and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.                                                                                               
12. Preston Sharp, 38150 Smith Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 28, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Possession of a Firearm by Person Convicted of Domestic Violence. The defendant was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

Assumption Parish: 

1. Travonta Ausama, 413 Owens St. Napoleonville, LA, age 30, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 1-year supervised probation. 

2. Adam Carrere, 2231 Bayou Bluff Rd. Houma, LA, age 41, pled guilty to Theft of a Motor Vehicle (2 counts) and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

3. Chad Cannella, 13460 Oak Place Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 41, pled guilty to Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling, Theft Valued at $750 or More, but Less than $5,000, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

4. Jude Cantrelle Jr., 189 East 7^th Larose, LA, age 31, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

5. Faith Johnson, 410 Canal St. Napoleonville, LA, age 21, pled guilty to 2^nd Degree Battery and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

6. Brandon Gaspard, 137 Riverbend St. Pierre Part, LA, age 45, pled guilty to Distribution of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 1-year supervised probation.
