Ascension Parish:
- Malik Fowler, 912 S Abe Ave. Gonzales, LA, age 23, pled guilty to Manslaughter. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
- Troy Mcallister, 30472 Joann St. Walker, LA, age 44, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $5,000 or More, but Less than $25,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Wade Melancon, 39421 Richardson Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 55, pled guilty on October 23, 2024 to Aggravated Battery. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. The defendant was sentenced to 20 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. The said sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
- Stephen Reed, 18735 Little Prairie Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 38, pled guilty to Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Eddie Ned, 32850 Lee St. White Castle, LA, age 24, pled guilty to Obscenity (2 counts) and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.

- John Alexander, 4550 B MLK Parkway Saint Gabriel, LA, age 43, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Brandon Cummings, 15274 East Henderson Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 29, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation. The defendant is to be on home incarceration for the first 6 months of probation.
- Tyrone Ingram, 8151 Ned Ave. Baton Rouge, LA, age 50, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense on April 22, 2025. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On June 16, 2025, the defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Xavier Irvin, 1426 W Worthey Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 23, pled guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and was sentenced to 7 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Darrin LeBlanc, 201 Heriard St. Plattenville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $5,000 or More, but Less than $25,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Darrel Morris, 6128 Hwy 44 Convent, LA, age 24, pled guilty to Theft of a Firearm (20 counts) and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon (20 counts) on December 12, 2024. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On June 17, 2025, the defendant was sentenced to 20 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Ramon Patterson, 154 East 21st Reserve, LA, age 20, pled guilty to Theft of a Firearm (20 counts) and Simple Burglary on December 12, 2024. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On June 17, 2025, the defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Kalib Walker, 10313 Legion St. Convent, LA, age 19, pled guilty to Theft of a Firearm (20 counts) and Simple Burglary. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. Sentencing is tentatively set for August 19, 2025.

Assumption Parish:
- Jesse Hernandez, 108 Donovan Rd. Houma, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation.
- Stanley Varner, 2611 Cardinal Elm St. Fresno, TX, age 27, pled guilty to Theft or Criminal Access of an Automated Teller Machine and was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Joelle Cunningham, 4243 Florida Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA, age 41, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
