Ascension Parish: 

1. Danny Bowlin, 40228 Ronda Ave. Prairieville, LA, age 35, pled guilty to Negligent Injuring and was sentenced to 6 months in the Parish Prison, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months unsupervised probation. 

2. Thommisha Travis, 1214 S Hempshire Ave. Gonzales, LA, age 26, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

3. Nicholas Coppenbarger, 307 W Nell St. Gonzales, LA, age 20, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and Theft of a Motor Vehicle (2 counts). The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

4. Juanqueious Jasmin, 1257 Magnolia Heights St. Vacherie, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Illegal Use of Weapons or Dangerous Instrumentalities and Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The defendant was sentenced to 7 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 2 years of the sentence are to be served, and the remaining 5 ½ years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

5. Wendel Krumholt, 10401 Alex Ren Rd. St. Amant, LA, age 48, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 7 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Phillip Prescott, and presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Jason Verdigets. 

6. Talen Gray, 3150 Oubre St. Vacherie, LA, age 23, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

7. Rheagan McCabe, 14033 Mire Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 49, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation. 

8. Hunter Balfantz, 13491 K McCrory Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 36, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation. 

9. Kevin Michel, 14166 River Rd. Maurepas, LA, age 52, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation. 

10. Kevin Walker, 128 D’Ville Village Donaldsonville, LA, age 41, pled guilty to Introducing Contraband Into or Upon the Grounds of any State Correctional Institution, Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.                                                                  
11. Alexandro Antonio Price, 13100 Hwy 44 Gonzales, LA, age 43, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin and Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

12. Wayne Scardino, 11292 Shelly St. St. Amant, LA, age 31, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

13. Frank Morris, 13252 Leo Lambert Rd. St. Amant, LA, age 54, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation. 

14. Stephanie Bedgood, 22417 Teau St. Maurepas, LA, age 42, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation. 

15. Kaitlin Bacon, 45497 Rodney Rd. St. Amant, LA, age 26, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of a Schedule V Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Fentanyl. The defendant was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation. 

16. Jessica Stansbury, 12367 Gilbert LeBlanc Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 42, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and was sentenced to 48 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 72 months supervised probation. 

17. Nichole Mellon, 48024 Rogers A Rd. St. Amant, LA, age 43, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts) and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation.                       
18. Gina Parker, 16340 Gerrie Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 34, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation. 

19. Reginald Banks, 7326 Bessie Rd. Denham Springs, LA, age 42, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation. 

20. Renee Gardner, 5233 East Hunters Chaprel Ct. Baton Rouge, LA, age 50, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation.

Carlton Moore, 13250 Roddy Rd. age 43, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

22. Vincent Whitson, 14365 Oak Meadow St. Gonzales, LA, age 47, pled guilty to Possession of Fentanyl and was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation. 

23. Miguel Wilson, 37099 Agnes Webb Ave Prairieville, LA, age 19, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoids (2 counts) and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

24. Bryant Hayes, 48207 Rogers Rd. St. Amant, LA, age 37, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
25. Rebecca Clifton, 7322 Hwy 1 S Belle Rose, LA, age 47, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation. 

26. Alfred Glover, 419 S Sammy St. Gonzales, LA, age 37, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 24 months supervised probation.

Clarence Coleman Jr., 422 Frederick Dr. Thibodaux, LA, age 44, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

2. James Deville, 123 Pin Oak St. Labadieville, LA, age 54, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

3. Nicole Nicholas, 800 Riverview Complex Donaldsonville, LA, age 33, pled guilty to Malfeasance in Office-Sexual Conduct Prohibited and Introduction/Producing Contraband into any Municipal or Parish Prison or Jail. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

4. Murphy Wesley, 108 Marshall Lane Napoleonville, LA, age 21, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling, Automobile Insurance Policies Fraud, and Aggravated Flight from an Officer. The defendant was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

1. Tylon Martin, 162 West 7^th Vacherie, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Forgery and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 1-year supervised probation.
