Ascension Parish: 

1. Darlene Paul, 425 N Eugene St. Baton Rouge, LA., age 38, pled guilty to Access Device Fraud and Identity Theft. The defendant was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
2. Benjamin Locklear, 14326 Tiggy Duplessis Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 45, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Legend Drug without Prescription or Order, and 2^nd Degree Battery. The defendant was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

Nicholas Massey, Prairieville, LA., age 37, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Conspiracy to Commit Possession or Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Institution. The defendant was sentenced to 11 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
2. Calvin Fisher, 11081 Conner Rd. Geismar, LA., age 33, pled guilty to Failure to Register and Notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. The said sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
3. Daniela Ianev, 2421 White Horse Rd. Jacksonville, FL., age 30, pled guilty to Monetary Instrument Abuse and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
4. Amber James, 10504 Hwy 22 St. Amant, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
5. Jason Krejci, 42553 Hwy 42 Prairieville, LA., age 42, pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Illegal Possession of Stolen Things. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
6. Marius Nuta, 2421 White Horse Rd. Jacksonville, FL., age 24, pled guilty to Monetary Instrument Abuse and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
7. Jarrell Rheams, 720 Toby St. Gonzales, LA., age 25, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
8. Christopher Stockton, 43338 Circle Oaks Gonzales, LA., age 41, pled guilty to 2^nd Degree Battery and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation.
9. Lateesha Domingue, 209 Marchand Ave. Gonzales, LA., age 41, pled guilty to DWI 3^rd Offense. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
10. Aaron Kimble, 20989 Anderson Rd. Baton Rouge, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 12 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.    
11. Kenneth Lewis 37313 Cornerview Rd. Geismar, LA., age 30, pled guilty to Vehicular Homicide and 1^st Degree Vehicular Negligent Injuring. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.

Assumption Parish:

 

1. Quintero Jupiter, 611 N Canal Blvd. Thibodaux, LA., age 32, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 8 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
2. Joel Landry, 4345 A Hwy 70 S Pierre Part, LA., age 33, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
3. Thomas Hughes, 121 Hwy 663 Morgan City, LA., age 30, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
4. Drake Domingue, 457 Shell Beach Rd. Pierre Part, LA., age 28, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

1. Renee Shrake, St. Charles Parish, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Conspiracy to Commit 1^st Degree Robbery and was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
