- Michelle Day, 17492 Jodan Ln. Livingston, LA, age 49, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Brad Gautreaux, 40038 William Ficklin Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 45, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Heroin. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

- Jamil Joseph, 304 Opelousas St. Donaldsonville, LA, age 21, pled guilty to Attempted 2nd Degree Murder and was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Lance Jackson, 1019 Saint Vincent St. Donaldsonville, LA, age 36, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Roy Sellers, 5162 Salinger Dr. Darrow, LA, age 35, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense (2 counts) and Unlawful Refusal to Chemical Test. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 2 years of the said sentence are to be served, and the remaining 3 years are to be suspended.
