Ascension Parish:
- Waynon Baxley, Donaldsonville, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Kay Brown, 44566 Hwy 42 Prairieville, LA., age 61, pled guilty to Felony Theft and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Joshua Gonzales, 6161 Royal Palms Dr. Gonzales, LA., age 35, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 1 year of the said sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. The remaining 2 years of the sentence are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on home incarceration for 12 months with conditions.
- Anthony Zalaya, Prairieville, LA., age 22, pled guilty to 1st Degree Vehicular Negligent Injuring and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Terrance Richard, 506 Pine St. Donaldsonville, LA., age 28, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Armed Robbery. The defendant was sentenced to 20 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. The said sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.

Assumption Parish:
- Austin Albarado, 111 Ru De Kajun Dr. Pierre Part, LA., age 27 pled guilty to Exploitation of the Infirmed and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
The above case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Lana Chaney, and presiding over this matter was the Honorable Judge Alvin Turner Jr.
- Tysie Dabney, 6557 Hwy 1 Belle Rose, LA., age 39, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Obstruction of Justice. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Addie Breaux, 321 Shell Beach Rd. Pierre Part, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Exploitation of the Infirmed and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Cedric Dupaty, Napoleonville, LA., age 33, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Marijuana 3rd Offense. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
- Chasity Ricard, Katy TX., age 34, pled guilty to Distribution of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and Distribution of a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that the defendant is to serve 1 year of the said sentence, and the remaining 4 years are to be suspended. Upon release, the defendant is to be placed on 18 months supervised probation.
- Joshua Worley, Paincourtville, LA., age 30, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

- Roderick Hayes, 229 S Airline Ave. Gramercy, LA., age 34, pled guilty to 2nd Degree Battery and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Kevin Elder, 9368 Watertower St. Convent, LA., age 54, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years unsupervised probation.
