Ascension Parish:
- Laurel Beckford, 833 E 227th Bronx, NY, age 23, pled guilty to Theft Valued Over $25,000 and Theft Valued at $5,000 or More, but Less than $25,000 (3 counts). The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Lunzy Scott, 9262 Water tower St. Convent, LA, age 31, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation.
- Dionte Lee, 2042 Tennessee St. Baton Rouge, LA, age 26, pled guilty to Theft Valued Over $25,000 and was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 4 years supervised probation.
- Jose Martinez, 39143 Country Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 43, pled guilty to Aggravated Crimes Against Nature (4 counts) and was sentenced to 29 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant must Register and Notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator.
- Zachary Hendricks, 41060 Merritt Evans Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 31, pled guilty to 2nd Degree Battery (3 counts) and was sentenced to 22 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

- Matthew Lovell, 2826 Hwy 1 Labadieville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Jabari Landry, 313 S College St. Napoleonville, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Illegal Use/Possession/Control of Weapons-Crime of Violence or Controlled Dangerous Substance (5 counts), Unlawful Production, Distribution, or Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 7 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Jamie Lacey, 55197 Joseph St. APT C White Castle, LA, age 31, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 3 years of the said sentence are to be served, and the remaining 2 years are to be suspended. St. James Parish:
- Brian Fitter, 701 Kelli Dr. Patterson, LA, age 43, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of a Critical Infrastructure and was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Author Washington, 911 Vine St. Port Gibson, MS, age 34, pled guilty to Aggravated 2nd Degree Battery and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 1 year of the said sentence is to be served, and the remaining 4 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 5 years supervised probation.
- Donivan Johnson, 3194 Antioch St. Paulina, LA, age 64, pled guilty to Terrorizing and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Rayshawn Rogers, 1659 Blanchy Ct. Baton Rouge, LA, age 23, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
- On November 26, 2024, Ivory Luke of 2515 Church St. Vacherie, LA, age 35, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On February 24, 2025, the defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- On September 23, 2024, Travon Bank of 2858 Gardon Lakes Paulina, LA, age 24, pled guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Firearms. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On February 24, 2025, the defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
