Ascension Parish:

1. Demeco Curry, 917 S Carlos Dr. Gonzales, LA., age 19, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
2. Alex Kidder, 317 W Main St. Gonzales, LA., age 70, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of a Critical Infrastructure and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 6 months supervised probation.
3. Colby Lomas, 41118 Witek Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 20, pled guilty to Extortion and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
4. Issac Rojas, 15330 Palmetto Ln. Prairieville, LA., age 32, pled guilty to Illegal Carrying of Weapons and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The defendant was sentenced to 5 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Kenneth Dupaty, and presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Alvin Turner Jr.  

1. Samuel Cappel, 506 N Spruce St. Hammond, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and Criminal Conspiracy. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

Assumption Parish:

1. Hillary Hebert, 1620 Live Oak Dr. Brusly, LA., age 27, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
2. Christopher Skidmore, 114 Skidmore St. Napoleonville, LA., age 27, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 
3. Trent Duhon, 294 Ricohoc Dr. Franklin, LA., age 26, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Battery by Strangulation and Possession or Introduction of Contraband in a Penal Institution. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

St. James Parish:

1. Eugene Walters, 337 E 14^th St. Gramercy, LA., age 42, pled guilty to Felony Domestic Abuse Battery and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
