Ascension Parish:
- John Richburg, 14655 Lucian St. Port Vincent, LA., age 49, pled guilty to Felony Theft and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Richard Roberson, 16170 Aikens Rd. Prairieville, LA., age 32, pled guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Things and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Justin Sharp, 40206 Coontrap Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 18, pled guilty to Auto Burglary and was sentenced to 12 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Lories Thompson, 123 W Edna St. Gonzales, LA., age 51, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Offense and was sentenced to 2 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- William Dauzat, 13484 Leon A Babin Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 35, pled guilty to Stalking and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. On the charge of Stalking, the defendant was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 6 months supervised probation. On the charge of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, the defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. The imposed sentences are to run concurrent with one another.
- Shannon Kensey, 5229 Burgandy St. New Orleans, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Felony Simple Criminal Damage to Property and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Richard Scott Jr., 1220 N Willow St. Gonzales, LA., age 52, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Firearm and Simple Assault. On the charge of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm, the defendant was sentenced to 1 year in the parish jail with credit for time served and on the charge of Simple Assault, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days in the parish jail with credit for time served. The imposed sentences are to run concurrent with one another.
- Wanda Fernandez, 107 Joseph St. Donaldsonville, LA., age 54, pled guilty to Resisting an Officer with Force or Violence and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 1 year supervised probation.
- Jose Hernandez, 11129 Martin Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 39, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (3 counts). On the charge of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, the defendant was sentenced to 12 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. This sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. On the charge of Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, the defendant was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served on each count. The imposed sentences are to run concurrent with one another. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant must register and notify as a Sex Offender or Child Predator for a period of 15 years.
- Cynthia Johnson, 2180 Jake Lane Sunshine, LA., age 49, pled guilty to Theft of Goods Over $500, but Less than $1500 and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Jordan Julien, 33473 Jules Dr. Donaldsonville, LA., age 33, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Jarrous Mitchell, 15270 Roy Rogers Rd. Prairieville, LA., age 22, pled guilty to Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling, Theft Over $1,000, but Less than $5,000, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. On the charges of Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling and Theft Over 1,000, but Less than $5,000, the defendant was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that the defendant is to serve 1 year of the said sentence, and the remaining 5 years are to be suspended. Upon release, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation. On the charges of Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance, the defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. The imposed sentences are to run concurrent with one another.
- Seth Parker, 39310 Camp Dr. Prairieville, LA., age 49, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.

- Christopher Woods, 48024 Rogers A Rd. St. Amant, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 2 years of the said sentence are to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence, and the remaining 3 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation, and must register and notify as a sex offender.
