Ascension Parish: 

1. Joshua Cannon, 136 7^th Nederland, TX, age 36, pled guilty to Vehicular Homicide and DWI 3^rd Offense. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. 

2. Robert Carson, 16098 Bluff Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 37, pled guilty to DWI 3^rd Offense and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

3. Raymond Cooley, 31817 White Rd. Walker, LA, age 73, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

4. Jeremy Crochet, 17149 Penn Blvd. Prairieville, LA, age 31, pled guilty to Sexual Abuse of an Animal (4 counts), Possession of Pornography Involving Juveniles, and Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile. The defendant was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 7 years of the said sentence are to be served, and the remaining 8 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation. In addition, the defendant must register and notify as a sex offender or child predator for life. 

5. Cody Dixon, 39327 Catoire Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 32, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

6. Brian Easterwood, 5252 Roy Webb Rd. Piedmont, AL, age 39, pled guilty to Aggravated Battery and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

7. Joshua Harris, 1250 Charles St. Thibodaux, LA, age 27, pled guilty to Manslaughter and was sentenced to 20 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

8. Devin Jackson, 2384 Lemanville Cut Off Rd. Donaldsonville, LA, age 19, pled guilty to First Degree Robbery (2 counts) and was sentenced to 17 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

9. Stephen James, 23455 Crane St. Maurepas, LA, age 48, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Simple Burglary. The defendant was sentenced to 17 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

10. Clydedric Joseph, Lutcher, LA, age 30, pled guilty to Attempted Manslaughter. Sentencing was deferred to a later date pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. 

11. Ashley Mason, 1709 Creole St. LaPlace, LA, age 41, pled guilty to Theft of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

12. Russell Perry, 18868 Jefferson Hwy Maurepas, LA, age 44, pled guilty to Simple Burglary (2 counts) and Theft Valued at $5,000 or More, but Less than $25,000. The defendant was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 5 years of the said sentence are to be served, and the remaining 5 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

13. Carla Stafford, 41015 Mazoch Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 37, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

Assumption Parish: 

1. Aline Joseph, 173 Frank Lane Belle Rose, LA, age 39, pled guilty to Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

2. Colby Nicholas, 114 Riverview Dr. Patterson, LA, age 25, pled guilty to Aggravated Flight from an Officer and Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

3. Branden Wiggins, 735 Brusly Rd. Labadieville, LA, age 35, pled guilty to Identity Theft and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation. 

4. Christopher Draper, 800 Catalpa St. Donaldsonville, LA, age 29, pled guilty to Obscenity (2 counts) and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

St. James Parish: 

1. Jermaine Green, 2434 Collins St. Vacherie, LA, age 39, pled guilty to Distribution, Manufacture, or Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

2. Dustan Cockburn, 218 South Plum St. Gramercy, LA, age 35, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
