Ascension Parish:
- William Simoneaux, 39513 Rue Royale Rd. Prairieville, LA., age 38, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Battery and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Santos Torrez, 40436 Kathy St. Gonzales, LA., age 53, pled guilty to DWI 3rd Sentencing was deferred pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation.
- Lakeisha Marshall, 1305 McKinly St. Donaldsonville, LA., age 36, pled guilty on September 12, 2016 to Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Sentencing was deferred pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On November 28, 2016, Judge Kliebert sentenced the defendant to 8 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Kurt Southerland, 8209 Mills St. St. James, LA., age 38, pled guilty on August 23, 2016 to DWI 3rd Sentencing was deferred pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On November 28, 2016, Judge Kliebert sentenced Southerland to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended. It was ordered that the defendant serve 1 year of jail time, and upon release be placed on 2 years supervised probation.
- Alvin Valentine, 14340 Oak Meadow St. Gonzales, LA., age 56, pled guilty on October 24, 2016 to Felony Theft. Sentencing was deferred pending a Pre-Sentence Investigation. On November 28, 2016, Judge Kliebert sentenced the defendant to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

Assumption Parish:
- Trent Giroir, 1069 Tower Tank Rd. Stevensville, LA., age 19, pled guilty to Principal to Aggravated Burglary and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 3 years of the imposed sentence are to be suspended, and the defendant is to serve the remaining 2 years. Upon release, the defendant is to be placed on 3 years supervised probation.

St. James Parish:
- Frederick Woods, 222 S Cherry St. Gramercy, LA., age 49, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation.
