Ascension Parish:

1. Philip Sanders, 14180 Hwy 44 Gonzales, LA., age 41, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Obstruction of Justice. The defendant was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
2. Stacy Guillot, 13330 JB Templet Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The defendant was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.
3. William Halker, 43264 Moody Dixon Rd. Prairieville, LA., age 48, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.
4. Kenyatti Solomon, 35497 Mt. Calvary Ln. Donaldsonville, LA., age 23, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.
5. Luis Ortega, 40460 W Hernandez Ave. Prairieville, LA., age 35, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
6. Kevin Lazo, 12399 Alex King Rd. Geismar, LA., age 24, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Illegal Use of a Controlled Dangerous Substance in the Presence of Minors (2 counts), Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts), Illegal Possession of Stolen Firearms, Illegal Carrying of Weapons, and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule III Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 8 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
7. Christopher West, 4050 Hillmont Dr. Greenwell Springs, LA., age 26, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.
8. Angel Macedo, 6954 Whatlow Dr. Baton Rouge, LA., age 37, pled guilty to Obtaining Drugs by Fraudulent Means and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.
9. Patrick Sullivan, Donaldsonville, LA., age 26, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
10. Natasha Silby, 38359 Pierce Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 34, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.

1. Jennifer Cross, 162 Legnon Ct. Bayou L’Ourse, LA., age 40, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
2. Nathan Lowe, 632 Reeds Bridge Rd. Oberlin, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
3. Dionicio Almenearez – Maldonado, 46181 Rufus Bankston Rd. Hammond, LA., age 53, pled guilty to Filing False Public Records and was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

1. Jennifer Tortirich, 24548 Hwy 22 Maurepas, LA., age 38, pled guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Things and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
2. Alexander Harrison, 3275 Harrison St. Vacherie, LA., age 54, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.
