During a search of the vehicle, deputies located a bag containing a quantity of MDMA along with multiple clear plastic baggies containing cocaine individually wrapped and packaged for sale. Jupiter was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Jail.
Upon entering a guilty plea to the above-mentioned charges, as per the plea agreement with prosecutors, Jupiter was sentenced to 8 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
