Ascension Parish:
- Marlon Mollere, 183 Ewell St. Belle Rose, LA, age 41, pled guilty to Simple Burglary (2 counts) and was sentenced to 7 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation for each count. The said sentences are to run consecutive to one another.
- Matthew Norris, 40510 Thias Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 49, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Aggravated Assault and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Ricky Gill, 15006 Creek Side Dr. Gonzales, LA, age 51, pled guilty to Obstruction of Justice and Pornography Involving Juveniles. On the charge of Obstruction of Justice, the defendant was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation. On the charge of Pornography Involving Juveniles, the defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. This sentence is to be served without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. The said sentences are to run consecutive to one another. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant must register and notify as a sex offender for a period of 25 years.
- Markeith Martin, 5711 Count Ln. New Orleans, LA, age 33, pled guilty to Attempted 2nd Degree Murder. Sentencing was deferred to a later date.
- Luis Ortega, 40460 W Hernandez Rd. Prairieville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- James Steak, 7212 Ernest Floyd Rd. Gonzales, LA, age 44, pled guilty to Criminal Damage to Property Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and Negligent Injuring. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Lajuan Williams, 308 Bayou Oaks Dr. Donaldsonville, LA, age 36, pled guilty to Obscenity (3 counts) and was sentenced to 9 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation.
- Donna Martinez, 39143 Country Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 42, pled guilty to Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile (3 counts) and was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant must register and notify as a sex offender for a period of 15 years.
- Kevontae Miley, 4945 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway St. Gabriel, LA, age 19, pled guilty to Illegal Use of Weapons (2 counts) and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Travis Foster, 301 W 8th Donaldsonville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 2 ½ years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.

Assumption Parish:
- Henry Brown, 2968 Hwy 1 Labadieville, LA, age 54, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
The above case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Tommy Daigle, and presiding over this matter was the Honorable Judge Jason Verdigets.
- Anthony Benoit, 2559 Hwy 308 Labadieville, LA, age 30, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
- Kimberly Latimer, 106 Sal Ct. Pierre Part, LA, age 36, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation.

St. James Parish:
- Kaidence Landry, 2124 Levy Gaudet St. Lutcher, LA, age 20, pled guilty to Terrorizing and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
- Sherman Jackson, 239 Hickory St. Gramercy, LA, age 49, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
