Ascension Parish: 

1. Patrick Beard, 2201 Silverstone Ave Port Allen, LA, age 28, pled guilty to Disarming a Peace Officer and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, deferred, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

2. Nekeetha Daniels, 14186 Parkridge Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $5,000 or More, but Less than $25,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years unsupervised probation. 

3. Clarence Johnson, 2204 Litchfield Lane Harvey, LA, age 46, pled guilty to Stalking and Improper Telephone Communications. The defendant was sentenced to 1 year with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 1-year supervised probation. 

4. Bernard Jones, 17433 Hwy 933 Prairieville, LA, age 57, pled guilty to DWI 3^rd Offense and Felony Simple Criminal Damage to Property. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.                                                                                                                                                  
5.  Detrick Steward, 37019 Murphy Webb Ave Prairieville, LA, age 46, pled guilty to Aggravated Battery and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.

5. Denisha Stokes, 12329 Highland Dr. Geismar, LA, age 44, pled guilty to Illegal Transmission of Monetary Funds and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

The above cases were prosecuted by Assistant District Attorneys Lana Chaney and Adam Koenig. Presiding over these matters was the Honorable Judge Steven Tureau. 

7. Shiykem Tyler, 38259 Hwy 621 Gonzales, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Illegal Use of Weapons and was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 2 years supervised probation. 

8. Marquell Green, St. Gabriel, LA, age 20, pled guilty to Obstruction of Justice and Aggravated 2^nd Degree Battery. The defendant was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation. 

9. Joshua Johnson, 9288 Yellow Fin Dr. Denham Springs, LA, age 33, pled guilty to Simple Burglary and was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

10. Dennie Kramer, 44426 Keller Rd. St. Amant, LA, age 55, pled guilty to Simple Burglary (2 counts) and Theft Valued at $1000 or More, but Less than $5,000. The defendant was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
11.  Jermaine York, 1501 Van Arpel Dr. LaPlace, LA, age 42, pled guilty to First Degree Vehicular Negligent Injuring and Aggravated Obstruction of a Highway. The defendant was sentenced to 10 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 5 years supervised probation. 

12. Tyrell Kelly, 2824 S Burnside Ave Gonzales, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation. 

13. Mickey Barker, 1855 McHugh Rd. Baker, LA, age 19, pled guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Things and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation. 

14. Justin Boudreaux, 359 Morris Town Bypass Raceland, LA, age 31, pled guilty to Attempted Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and Illegal Use of Weapons. The defendant was sentenced to 9 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 6 years supervised probation. 

15. Raymond Brown, 620 1^st Donaldsonville, LA, age 40, pled guilty to Aggravated Battery, Resisting an Officer with Force or Violence, and Aggravated Flight from an Officer. The defendant was sentenced to 4 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

16. Iverson Frank, 422 Ashland Dr. Houma, LA, age 19, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Firearm and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

17. Christine Jackson, 18014 Autumn View Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 26, pled guilty to Forgery and Identity Theft. The defendant was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation. 

18. Kevin Johnson, 12919 Driftwood Dr. Baker, LA, age 56, pled guilty to Armed Robbery and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. The defendant was sentenced to 15 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

19. Christopher Miller, 300 W Tenth St. Donaldsonville, LA, age 49, pled guilty to Domestic Abuse Battery 3^rd or Subsequent Offense and was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. It was ordered that 1 year of the said sentence is to be served, and the remaining 4 years are to be suspended. Upon release from incarceration, the defendant is to be placed on 5 years supervised probation.                                                                                              
20. Lindsey Newman, 106 N Domingue Rd. Ocean Springs, MS, age 38, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation. 

21. Joshua Toler, 3509 N 10^th Ocean Springs, MS, age 44, pled guilty to Theft Valued at $1,000 or More, but Less than $5,000 and was sentenced to 3 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation. 

22. James Sims, 8023 Bayou Fountain Ave. Baton Rouge, LA, age 22, pled guilty to Aggravated Battery, Illegal Use of Weapons, and Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property. The defendant was sentenced to 5 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 

23. Deonte Stampley, 16365 Chris Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 23, pled guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Things and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation. 

24. Joshua Trahan, 44456 Lakewood Dr. Prairieville, LA, age 44, pled guilty to Simple Robbery and was sentenced to 7 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
