Ascension Parish:

1. Jefferson Johns, 905 N Janice St. Gonzales, LA., age 34, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance (2 counts), Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Possession of Marijuana. The defendant was sentenced to 36 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 36 months supervised probation.
2. Jodi Lambert, 42079 Shadow Creek Ave. Gonzales, LA., age 49, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, Theft Valued at Less than $1,000, and Possession of Marijuana. The defendant was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.
3. Misty Scott, 17737 Hwy 42 Livingston, LA., age 43, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
4. Aquendes Desire, 315 Cleo Dr. Gonzales, LA., age 46, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served. 
5. Ian Hamilton, 14322 Leola Carter Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 26, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 6 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
6. Dustin Babin, 14126 Roddy Rd. Gonzales, LA., age 25, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
7. Kalvin Forcell, 1208 McKinley St. Donaldsonville, LA., age 36, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute a Schedule I controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 24 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 18 months supervised probation.
8. Michael Ousley, 19580 S Fitzmorris Ave. Covington, LA., age 51, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Dangerous Substance and was sentenced to 12 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 12 months supervised probation.

1. Kasey Carter, 139 Virginia St. Belle Rose, LA., age 32, pled guilty to Illegal Possession of Stolen Firearms and Flight from an Officer. The defendant was sentenced to 2 years with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served.
